<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: justify;">Most of them are also open in winter as well as summer, after all, once the tourists go home </span><a style="text-align: justify;" href="http://ibiza-alliance.com/news/">the real Ibiza</a><span style="text-align: justify;"> comes out to play. </span>Unfortunately lots of these restaurants don&#8217;t have websites to send you to but we&#8217;ve listed where they are and what they do instead, take our word for it, they&#8217;re good.</p>

<p>Es Boldado is a must.  For the most spectacular view of Es Vedra (and some amazing fresh seafood) restaurant</p>
<h3>Salinas &#8211; Es Cavallet</h3>
<p>Es Collera &amp; The Chiringuita</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">San Llorenzo</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">La Paloma in the centre of the island  is another favourite with residents and especially the ex-pat community.  La Paloma café in the daytime</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">L’Elephant and El Ayoun,  El Clodenis  just round the corner. Eat outdoors by the pool  in this unique and converted finca.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ama Lur &#8211; Carraterra San Miguel &#8211; firm favourite restaurant of residents and locals alike serving Basque inspired and Mediterranean cuisine; regular winner of the island&#8217;s restaurateurs vote for &#8220;Ibiza&#8217;s best restaurant&#8221;</p>
